AmazingWedding1314  proudly collaborates with WingSo's Kitchen to provide Catering Services for our clients. WingSo's Kitchen is a home based private kitchen that specializes in home-style fusion cuisine. They provide Catering Services to organize all types of events such as bridal showers, baby showers, dinner parties, birthday parties, anniversaries, weddings, etc. 
WingSo's Kitchen sets different menus according to their clients’ preferences, and they prepare unique and flavorful dishes with the very best ingredients.

Note:

  • The price depends on the requested dishes. Minimum charge: $50 per head

  • We could set a menu together to meet your food preferences and your budget  

  • Please advise us in advance for any food allergies or any ingredients/dishes that you dislike in order for the chef to set a menu according to your preferences

  • The price includes *delivery fee, serving plates and utensils, disposable plates and utensils for guests, a proper buffet table setup, and the tear down service at the end of the event. 

  • Minimum of 20 guests

  • Advise to reserve our services  at least 6 weeks in advance to ensure availability, and let us prepare well

  • A refundable security deposit (in cash) is required. If the rental items such as food warmer, plates, cutlery, tongs, and other kitchen accessories are not damaged in any way, the security deposit will be returned to you after the event.

  • *Delivery fee: If the location of the event exceeds 50km (round trip) from our location (H8N 2A5) there will be an extra travel fee of $2.00 CAD per extra km 

  • Number of guests: We require a confirmation on the number of guests two weeks prior the event. If there is an increase number of guests, we will do our best to accommodate. However, please note that if there is a reduced number of guests, due to the already prepped ingredients, the price will remain the same

  • Payment: We require 75% deposit upon signing the contract (two weeks before the event at the latest). The balance is due at the day of the event. It is important to note that the deposit will not be returned if the client(s) cancel the event for any reason

  • Unused Food: It is our policy that any leftover food would be removed by AmazingWeding1314 or WingSo's Kitchen for safety and general insurance liability purposes. Due to the extended room temperatures, we do not recommend keeping leftover food. However, if the client requests to retain any of the leftovers, the client must agree to assume full responsibility for proper refrigeration and storage of the food as well as the proper reheating of the leftovers following the food safety guidelines. AmazingWedding1314, nor WingSo's Kitchen will not take any responsibilities regarding any issues that may arise once the clients have agreed with these specific conditions
