Chinese Wedding Coordination
If you are confused about all the Chinese traditions that should be followed, this is the package for you.
This service includes:
• Initial Meeting to identify your needs
• Unlimited communication throughout the planning via e-mail, text messages and reply within 24 hours
• One meeting to discuss and finalize all the detail of the Chinese wedding
• Review and/or create the itinerary of Chinese Wedding
• Provide Chinese wedding etiquette consultation, such as "Betrothal Ceremony"過大禮 , "Installation of Bridal Bed" 安床, "Combing Hair Ceremony"上頭, "Tea Ceremony" 敬茶, etc
• Guidance on Tea Ceremony
• Assistance on creating a “Tea Drinking List” to indicate the order of tea serving
• A checklist of the essential items
• Assistance on preparing the tea set and tea making on the day of the wedding
• "Tea Lady" on the day of the wedding to assist the preparation & serving of the tea. The "Tea Lady" will also host the Tea Ceremony by giving auspicious words of blessing to the family during the presentation
• Proper set up (Extra fees are required for any additional decoration)
• On-site supervision with an assistant at no extra cost
• Role as timekeeper to ensure that everything runs smoothly in the Chinese Wedding
• Build an “Emergency Contact List”
• Have "AmazingWedding1314" wedding day emergency kit on stand-by
• The coordination service will be end at the conclusion of your Chinese wedding

Traveling cost: If the location of the event exceeds 50km (round trip) from our location (H8N 2A5), there will be an extra traveling cost of $2.00 CAD per extra km

To reserve our coordination service, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total payment is required

Tea set, Kneeling pillows and other traditional Chinese wedding essential items and decoration are available for rental or purchase
